FINDLAY CITY SCHOOLS KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Findlay City Schools is excited to welcome the Trojan Class of 2036 in August of 2023! Children who will be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2023 are eligible for kindergarten during the 2023-2024 school year. Findlay City Schools will offer a full-day kindergarten program. Begin the Trojan Tradition and enroll today!
Kindergarten Registration & Information
Step 1:
Parents – Sign up for a Kindergarten Screening time slot. Please click here to sign up for a kindergarten screening slot.
Once the screening dates have been set up; we will send out a confirmation letter to parents to confirm the date and time of their student’s screening appointment.
Step 2:
Parents – Start the Registration process through Final Forms. Please click here to access Final Forms.
Note: There will be no packets for parents to pick up and fill out since we have gone to registering students through Final Forms.
Step 3:
Parents should complete Final Forms for their student then call Rhonda Waldman (419.425.8275) to set up an appointment to drop off the following documents to be scanned.
- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
- Parent ID (Drivers License or Passport)
- Proof of Residency (Examples: mortgage agreement, lease agreement, utility bill, bank statement, tax document, current pay stub (within last 2 months)
- Custody/Shared Parenting Agreement/Divorce Decree/Protection Order
